Tile donation worth over RM40,000 helps bring life, learning, and unity to Serendah’s
Kampung Orang Asli.
Niro Ceramic Group.

Through this initiative, the company contributed premium tiles specifically for the main hall and the children’s classroom. These two core areas serve as the heart of community gatherings and learning. This initiative helps to create a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable
environment for daily use.
“Our role as a tile manufacturer goes far beyond producing quality surfaces. We believe that even something as simple as flooring can make a difference by contributing to spaces that are safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. This community hall is a place where people can gather, learn, and grow. We are honoured to have played a small part in bringing it to life,” said Ian Kok, the Managing Director of Niro Ceramic Group.
The newly renovated hall is now a fully functional space equipped with lighting and suitable for a wide range of community activities, from children’s classes to cultural programmes, skillbuilding workshops, and festive gatherings. It is a space that not only meets practical needs,
but also strengthens community spirit. Bumi Datang, a representative from the Kampung Orang Asli Serendah community, shared:
“This hall means so much to our people. It is more than just a building. It is a place where our children can learn, where our elders can pass down stories, and where we come together as one community. We are deeply grateful to Niro Ceramic Group and everyone who made this transformation possible.”
This collaboration reflects Niro Ceramic Group’s commitment to empowering local communities through meaningful contributions. With over 40 years of experience in the tile industry and a presence across global markets, the company continues to support initiatives that bring lasting, inclusive impact, guided by its purpose of “Bringing Joy to People Through Their Living Space.”
