David Tan holds a Degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School, and has worked for various multinational companies including Jotun, Carlsberg, Ford, and Johnson Controls. As COO, he brings his experience of over 20 years to oversee the group’s Supply Chain division.

A Chartered Accountant registered with MIA and MICPA with more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting and planning. Before joining Niro Ceramic Group, Teh Kok Hann was from the audit scene, where he held key finance positions in multinational corporations dealing with FMCG and construction related products.

An engineer by profession, Alex Ng brings 31 years of experience in business and operations management to manage the top and bottom lines of Niro Ceramic’s operations in China and India.

Tay Keng Chong is a business school graduate with more than 20 years of experience in international business. After joining Niro Ceramic Group in 2011, he currently leads a dual capacity role as Country Head of Vietnam & Export Sales Division of Niro Ceramic Group in addition to serving his role as Senior Vice President of the Malaysia Business Chamber in Vietnam.

 

With a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development, Go Kean Tat has managed the Domestic Sales team within Niro Ceramic Group, and has been appointed General Manager to continue driving the team forward.

Since the 1990s, Zaleha Shafii has been a part of Niro Ceramic Group handling its finance and accounting, and also oversaw the group’s ERP implementation. Today, she leads the finance and accounting team to manage the group’s finance operations.

A member of Niro Ceramic Group for nearly 3 decades, as General Manager of Marketing and Product Development, Michelle Johnson leads a team of 50 staff to executing key marketing strategies in Malaysia and the group’s subsidiaries.

Juliette Lau graduated with a degree in Finance & Economics from the UK, and has held several senior management positions before joining Niro Ceramic Group to lead the HR Department.

A business studies graduate, Tay Ching Teck has more than 20 years of experience in business and operations management with a focus on commercial and process improvement planning. He currently manages the retail operations of Creative Lab.

George Ting has 18 years of experience in the building materials and construction industry. Having held key management positions including overseeing exports to Southeast Asia and Oceania, he now leads the team at Niro Ceramic Philippines towards expansion.
